1. When an item arrives damaged or when we’ve sent an incorrect item. This must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your item, via email to tmidesignltd@gmail.com. You must provide photographic evidence within the specified time frame.
2. If you order the incorrect item, however charges will apply (50%).
3. All return claims must be submitted via email and all further correspondence must include your Order Reference number within the subject line.
