Virtual design is where your space is designed remotely by an Interior Designer, rather than in person, made possible through the use of technology and photo realistic design software.
On-Site Design is where your space is designed in person by an Interior Designer, with site visits and face-to-face consultations. This hands-on approach allows for precise measurements, real-time collaboration with contractors, and a fully managed process from concept through to installation.

For each room you book (starting from £475), you’ll receive:

Example:

1 Room On-Site Design = £125 + £475 = £600 minimum, plus 20% procurement.

2 Rooms On-Site Design = £125 + (2 × £475) = £1,075 minimum, plus 20% procurement.

Commercial Design Pricing
Our commercial design services are charged per square foot, making it simple and scalable for any business size.
Pricing:

£2-3.50 per sq/ft (UK clients)

$3-4.00 per sq/ft (International clients)
Includes: FF&E sourcing, space planning, technical drawings, 3D renders & walkthroughs, contractor coordination, weekly site visits or virtual check-ins, and full project management from start to finish.
